Quality is checked in process, not just at the end
Quality is our forte, and we leave no stone unturned in maintaining it across our range of
storage systems. A dedicated team of quality experts keeps a vigilant eye on the product
throughout the manufacturing process, rather than inspecting only at dispatch. Particular
care is taken that quality does not deteriorate at any stage when we are running bulk orders.
Our team follows company policy strictly and works to recognised international quality
standards. We make full use of quality testing tools to achieve an error-free range, which
is how we have been able to earn a high level of client satisfaction.
What we control
- Incoming material — cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil from TATA Steel and SAIL,
to IS 513 / IS 10743.
- Section and gauge — angle and beam thickness verified against the approved
drawing before fabrication continues.
- Welding and joints — checked for penetration and alignment at the frame stage.
- Surface preparation — pre-treatment before powder coating, since coating
adhesion is what determines how the finish survives a warehouse environment.
- Assembly check — bays trial-assembled so that what reaches site fits together.
- Load confirmation — bay capacity confirmed against your actual pallet or
carton weight before drawings are issued.
Client satisfaction
The aim of the organisation is to deliver premium quality products and services in order to
build a lasting relationship with our clients. We analyse what the client actually expects
and then provide a solution that meets it on quality and on time. Our infrastructure and
skilled workforce let us fabricate to the client's requirement rather than to a fixed
catalogue, and our distribution network lets us deliver on schedule.
We follow ethical business practices and aim to build profitable business for the client as
well as for ourselves. That is the reason we have been able to retain a strong client list
over the years, and it continues to grow.
